What You May Expect From Us
To ensure a fair and professional environment, vendors may only participate as exhibitors. Vendors are defined as those providing contracted services or products to the CTE community. Soliciting business outside of exhibitor participation is not permitted.
What We May Expect From You
Exhibitors may promote only within their contracted space. Off-site meetings or events must be pre-approved by CTAT and may occur only during program-free hours. Exhibits must be installed before opening and dismantled after closing. Policy violations may result in exclusion from future conferences.

For those looking to customize their presence, our a la carte sponsorship options allow you to select specific opportunities that align with your goals. Whether you want to make a big impact with a 45 min presentation or add a second booth, we have flexible choices at CTAT's Summer and Winter Conferences. A $500 late fee will apply after the deadline.
Office Hours: Office Hours give you a reserved private room for 2 hours to meet one-on-one (or with a group) for product walkthroughs, Q&A, hands-on training, or simply building stronger relationships. (Please note that Office Hour rooms do not include AV equipment or food and beverage services.)

How the Passport Works:
Attendees visit each Lounge Partner booth to collect a stamp. Completed passports are entered into a special prize drawing during Wednesday Morning Walkabout. Attendees must be present to win.
