This Privacy Policy describes CTAT policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you access services or programs.

Throughout CTAT sites, requests for services and programs are made through forms. These forms may ask for information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and other unique identifiers such as your membership number, financial information such as your credit card number, or demographic information such as your location or career discipline. Contact information from these forms is used to provide the programs, services, or membership that you request. Forms on our site that request financial information do so in order to bill you for programs or services ordered. Unique identifiers (specifically, your member number) is collected to verify identity for access to restricted content or features on the site.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, CTAT meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to CTAT's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's images or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audio tapes of such events and activities. Unless you inform CTAT that you object, permission is assumed.

All programs and services are made available subject to this privacy statement. By using the programs and services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this privacy statement.

Similarly, other users will be able to view descriptions of Your activity, communicate with You and view Your profile.
