Hotel Accommodations

In order to reserve a room at the discounted rate, a deposit in the amount of one of the first night's rate is required. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days prior to the date of arrival. After 30 days in advance of the arrival date, the first night's deposit is nonrefundable.  Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment.

Hotel Deadline

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the CTAT room block is June 29 at the Omni and July 2 at the Hilton. Reservation requests received after that date will be accepted at the group rate based on availability. Paid registration for CTAT Conference does not guarantee a hotel reservation at the headquarters hotel or at the special conference rate.
