Generation TX Prepares to Launch

As Generation TX prepares to go live in our pilot markets of San Antonio and Fort Worth in early October, the support fueling this movement is gaining strength and momentum with each person who joins GenTX!

High schools and higher education institutions across both pilots have embraced GenTX, inviting us onto their campuses and into their outreach efforts. Every day, elected officials and business partners are pledging their support and are ready to take action. Early sightings of GenTX stickers are popping up on cars, phones and laptops. Both on camera and in advisory sessions, students, parents, and community leaders from across the community have taken time to share their incredible personal stories of overcoming obstacles and finding inspiration and success in pursuing education beyond high school.

A new website will launch soon at www.GenTX.org that features these unique stories and images of local heroes, along with community-wide calendars, easy-to-use access to existing programs and resources, and a GenTX social network that connects and builds community.
