Guidelines

Application due May 30, 2008
Each area can nominate one CTAT Guidance Division member.
The award nominee must have been a member of CTAT (or formerly member of TCTGA) and ACTE for three consecutive years and be a paid member for this year.
The Outstanding Guidance Educator of the Year nomination form is included in this packet.
A digital photograph of the award recipient must be included with the application.
CTAT Award Committee members will review the nomination forms provided by each area.
No interview is required for Outstanding Guidance Educator of the Year nominees.
