Civic and Service Awards
This award recognizes individuals or organizations that have conducted activities to promote and expand career and technical education.
- Each area can nominate two recipients.
- A school board member, superintendent, member of congress, local advisory council member, post secondary educator, business or industry representative, or other persons who provide significant support to CTE programs in your area are eligible for this award.
- CTE administrators are not eligible to receive this award.
- Outstanding Service to CTE Award application forms are available for download here.
- A two paragraph statement of the contributions of the nominee must be included with the nomination form.
- Please check for proper spelling of award recipients’ names and titles.
- A digital photograph of the award recipient must be included with the application.
- It is the responsibility of the area president, or area awards committee representative, to let the CTAT Awards Committee chairman know if the recipients will be attending the summer conference.
- CTAT does not provide travel funds for award recipients.
