Staff
Robin manages the staff and has oversight of association programs including member services, conferences, communications, financials, awards and student scholarship programs. She leads advocacy efforts related to career and technical education, provides guidance to the Board of Directors and Committees and serves as a liaison to state agencies and organizations with related interests. Robin was appointed by the Commissioner of Education to serve on the CTE Review Panel established an HB 3485 by the 80th Texas Legislature. Robin joined CTAT in 2005 as its first executive director after four years experience in planning the professional development offerings for CTAT. Prior to joining the CTAT team, she planned international events for IBM Tivoli Division, managed the customer briefing center for VTEL and worked in the semiconductor industry for Millipore Corporation, Span and Tylan General. Robin holds a Bachelor's of Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. She attended Sharpstown High School in Houston where she served as an officer in the local chapter of Business Professionals of America, participated in competitive events, won first place in state and national competitions and earned the Torch Award.

Kristen leads conference and event planning efforts including venue selection, contract negotiation, websites, registration procedures, exhibits and sponsorships, agendas, breakout sessions and activities. She serves as the liaison with partner organizations for conference planning. Prior to joining CTAT in 2007, she managed Austin Rock Gym. She earned a Bachelor's in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin. She graduated from Brazoswood HIgh School in Clute, Tx.
Lindsey executes the marketing and communication efforts for the association, membership and professional development conferences. She manages an integrated communication plan through print, web and social media to increase awareness about CTAT events and provide members with valuable CTE resources. Prior to joining CTAT, she coordinated the marketing and advertising campaigns for Covenant Health System, one of the largest health care systems in Texas. Lindsey holds a B.A. in Public Relations from Texas Tech University. She graduated from Lake View High School in San Angelo, Tx.
Bailey provides administrative and member services including phone support, member surveys, membership processing, conference registration, data reporting and conference logistic support. She manages the student scholarship program and assists with board and committee management. Raised in Birmingham, AL, Bailey received her B.A. in English from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. After studying literature and art in Scotland, she acted as a British Council Student Ambassador, helping students connect with study and work abroad opportunities in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
